Cruz Morales began his insurance career in 1995. As an insurance investigator, Cruz examined hundreds of cases involving auto crashes, industrial accidents, and suspected insurance fraud incidents. Prior to entering the insurance profession, Mr. Morales began his investigative career as a New York City Police Officer.
